Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in person with tax returns and tax advice at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will leverage your expertise to grow the local client base, deliver accurate tax solutions, and build lasting client relationships while using TurboTax software. This non-exempt role requires availability 20+ hours weekly in a retail setting, including weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have or obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• State licenses/certificates as required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation for 30+ returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours weekly.
• Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
