Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to perform in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will engage with clients, perform complex to simple returns, and help grow the local client base through community engagement.

This non-exempt, onsite role emphasizes excellent service, flexibility in hours, and collaboration with TurboTax marketing to build a thriving local business and trusted advisor presence.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• 3+ years of paid tax prep experience with 1040 returns.
• Must be onsite at TurboTax location
• Familiarity with Circular 230 a plus.
• Ability to work Sunday–Saturday minimum 20 hours/week; variable hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax clients.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build local client relationships.
• Support local marketing efforts to grow TurboTax client base.
• Work in a front-facing retail environment and wear TurboTax uniform.
