Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking passionate TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You’ll provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing Intuit’s client base within the local community.

You will engage customers as a trusted adviser, explain tax concepts clearly, and contribute to a positive customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license preferred.
• Must have or obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Ability to work onsite at a TurboTax location nationwide.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience.
• Comfort with local community engagement and marketing support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Build long-term client relationships and expand the local client base.
• Collaborate with marketing efforts to raise TurboTax visibility.
