Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, building relationships and growing the local client base with community outreach.

This non-exempt, on-site role requires active tax credentials, strong customer service, and the ability to work 20+ hours per week including weekends. California region candidates welcome.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/Attorney license and PTIN required.
• Experience filing federal/state returns with tax software.
• Strong customer service and ability to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds.
• Engage with the community and grow client base.
• Assist clients using Intuit TurboTax products.
