Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as TurboTax Retail Experts in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. On-site role, serving in-person customers, providing full-service tax preparation and advice using TurboTax products.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Must be willing to work in a front facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador by representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to convert them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and helping clients achieve financial goals.
