Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States, including California. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging customers in the community.

This role emphasizes building relationships, growing the local client base, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. A 20+ hour per week, non-exempt onsite schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license or eligibility.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as applicable.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.
• Ability to build local and online presence for TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice.
• Grow TurboTax client base in local community and online.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.
• Represent TurboTax as a local ambassador and participate in marketing efforts.
