Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare taxes, offer expert advice, and help grow the local TurboTax client base while delivering outstanding customer service.

This non-exempt, on-site role supports community engagement, marketing efforts, and a high-volume retail environment. Fluency in English (Spanish a plus) and active licenses are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of paid experience filing 1040 federal and state returns per season.
• Experience with tax planning and deductions optimization.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to maximize refunds and plan future taxes.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person at a TurboTax location.
