Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, serving customers with tax expertise and software support. You will help clients navigate tax needs with personalized guidance and build a local client base through community engagement.

This non-exempt, on-site role requires weekend availability and a professional, customer-focused approach to grow TurboTax’s presence in your community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and on-site work at TurboTax locations.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build lasting client relationships.
