Job summary

Intuit Careers is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site at TurboTax offices nationwide, serving clients in person and virtually. You will provide full‑service tax preparation, expert tax advice, and connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services for a complete financial picture.

As a community ambassador, you’ll grow the local client base, host financial literacy events, and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex returns.
• Be a proactive community ambassador by growing local client base and hosting events.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience with in-person and virtual support.
• Complete required training and comply with uniform and branding requirements.
