Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks experienced TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and guide clients through complex tax scenarios while growing the local client base with marketing support. Candidates must hold an active EA/CPA/attorney license or PTIN, be willing to work on-site, and demonstrate strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license; must be able to file taxes.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximise deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.

Skills
