Intuit, Inc. is seeking part-time TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert tax advice, and product support to customers in person, building lasting relationships while expanding the local client base. You will represent TurboTax in the community, offer personalized tax solutions, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive prosperity for clients and the community.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain required State licenses/certificates.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, for 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and face of TurboTax.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep services for customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community and through marketing support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
