Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-person at TurboTax Retail locations and build long-term client relationships.
