Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

The role combines tax expertise with community engagement, helping customers with in-person tax preparation and advice using TurboTax software. You will grow the local client base, deliver a superior customer experience, and be a visible brand ambassador within your community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses/certifications as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• On-site work at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations; 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a trusted ambassador and face of the brand.
• Grow client base and nurture long-term relationships in the local community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for customers.
• Assist with tax planning and deductions optimization.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via provided tools.
