Responsibilities

• Provide deployment support and hands-on field execution to keep mission systems operational
• Perform break-fix work, hardware handling, and ticket resolution
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to restore and sustain services
• Maintain asset control and escalation coordination in data center/secure environments
