Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in field engineering, integration support, deployment, or technical support roles.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting across hardware and infrastructure components.
• Experience with ticket-based workflows and service response expectations.
• Ability to work onsite and support physically active technical tasks.
• Strong communication and team coordination skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, as required.
• Active TS/SCI and ability to maintain access as required by the program.
• Lifting ability 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, integration, cabling, hardware swaps, and physical support tasks.
• Troubleshoot break-fix incidents and restore services as quickly as possible.
• Support tickets, service requests, and field issues through closure.
• Validate equipment functionality and document support actions taken.
• Coordinate with systems, network, automation, and logistics teams during deployments and sustainment.
• Maintain tools, spares, parts, and support readiness as required.
• Follow site procedures, escalation paths, and change practices.
• Provide direct customer-facing support in operational settings.
