This on-site role in Tempe, AZ emphasizes accurate data entry, data hygiene, inbound/outbound calls, and professional, customer-focused support to verify and set up transporter accounts for success on the platform. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Clear and professional phone and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with willingness to learn onboarding processes.
• Prior customer support or onboarding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain data hygiene across onboarding and account records.
• Manage and respond to inquiries through the Transporter Onboarding Support Inbox.
• Conduct outbound calls to complete initial verification calls and schedule follow-ups with Specialists.
• Handle inbound calls through Support Queues related to transporter onboarding and account setup.
• Answer questions, provide guidance, and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Document interactions clearly and escalate issues to Specialists or leadership.
• Support additional operational tasks and projects as assigned.
