Qualifications

• Strong background in field operations, construction management, transit operations, or complex transportation systems.
• Experience managing operational KPIs and performance reporting.
• Experience managing hourly, part-time, or intern-level staff.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Must be a local Atlanta-area candidate.
• Ability to work onsite throughout construction, testing, and pilot phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite operational activities throughout construction, testing, commissioning, and pilot revenue service.
• Coordinate with contractors and technical teams to support construction and field integration activities.
• Lead field commissioning, testing, system troubleshooting, and operational readiness activities.
• Establish and manage the operations team supporting the pilot launch.
• Manage hourly, part-time, or intern-level staff as required.
• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Support incident management and operational issue resolution.
• Coordinate effectively with technical teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Support the transition from construction and testing activities into pilot operations.
