Qualifications

• Strong background in field operations, construction management, or transit operations.
• Experience as a supervisor or lead for on-site teams.
• Availability on-site throughout construction, testing, and pilot phases.
• Data-driven approach to performance tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Establish the on-site operations organization and roles.
• Own day-to-day OCC execution and OR governance with project leadership.
• Transition to full Operations Manager ownership as pilot moves to revenue service.
• Recruit, hire, and supervise Station Ambassadors and Safety Attendants.
• Develop and maintain training materials for front-line staff.
• Lead operational workstreams, including requirements review and documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, utilities, and stakeholders for readiness.
• Attend construction meetings, track items, and elevate issues as needed.
