Job summary

You will read electrical and mechanical drawings, follow technical manuals, and perform internal transformer work such as bushing connections and oil processing while coordinating logistics for service jobs and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with transformer field service operations is required.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings and follow technical manuals.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 85%.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in variable conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site insertion, commissioning, maintenance, repairs, upgrades, retrofits, and replacements
• Read, interpret, and follow drawings and manuals to service transformers
• Handle vacuum oil processing and oil handling equipment and log activities
• Coordinate logistics for service jobs and ensure compliance with regulations
