Job summary

Privia Health, a technology-driven physician enablement company, seeks a Training Associate to develop and deliver in-person and webinar training for providers and Care Center staff. The role emphasizes the EHR and Privia Best Practice workflows, with extensive travel to TX markets and strong cross-team collaboration.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare experience, knowledge of athenaNet, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent background and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Prior knowledge of athenaNet is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with extended medical terminology.
• Must demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with a variety of personnel.

Responsibilities

• Delivers pre-live training to providers, clinical staff, and administrative staff focused on efficiency and population health initiatives.
• Provides go-live support and at-the-elbow support for the Care Center.
• Leverages curriculum and tools to train EHR concepts.
• Customizes best practice curriculum based on workflow assessment findings and Care Center needs.
• Monitors online e-learning completion and ensures training is scheduled and delivered on-time.
• Leverages reporting to identify providers and care centers needing additional training.
• Works collaboratively with Implementation, Product Performance, and Performance Team members.
