Job summary

TEKsystems in West Sacramento, CA, is seeking a training professional to assist with design and delivery of Train-the-Trainer and End-User training for new hires in call-center operations for a government initiative.

You will conduct onsite classroom sessions, refine training materials, and support training effectiveness through participant feedback and KPIs, while participating in rehearsals and continuous improvement cycles and maintaining training records for leadership.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience training employees on new programs, processes, platforms, etc.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and instructional skills.
• Hiring for multiple levels: Jr, Intermediate, Sr.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the design and development of Train-the-Trainer and End-User training predominately new hires supporting call-center operations for government initiative.
• Conduct onsite training sessions for new employees in classroom-based setting.
• Refine training materials, including presentations, quick reference guides, job aids, and other instructional content as needed.
• Potentially assist in training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and key performance indicators.
• Participate in training rehearsals, dry runs, and continuous improvement cycles as needed.
• Maintain training records and provide status updates to project leadership and supervisors.
