Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation, through Automated Logic, seeks a Trainer - Building Automation Systems to train and support field offices across North America. The role requires 50% travel to client sites within the USA, with potential international travel, focusing on WebCTRL and related datacenter solutions.

The position is onsite at client locations; travel to approved sites near a local office is required, with a background in HVAC/DDC technologies and learning design experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED is required.
• 3+ years of experience in installation or servicing Building Automation Systems.
• 1+ year mentoring, presenting, educating, or training others in HVAC / DDC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on training for engineers, installers and end-users on WebCTRL and related systems.
• Foster an inclusive, interactive learning environment covering HVAC controls, DDC and EMS.
• Design task-based exercises, real-world troubleshooting scenarios and custom modules.
• Deliver localized training sessions in North American field offices on-site at client locations.
