Job summary

Carrier's Automated Logic unit is seeking a Trainer - Building Automation Systems to provide training and support to field offices across North America. This onsite role will require 50% travel to U.S.

locations (and possibly international) to educate staff and customers on WebCTRL and building automation solutions, with a Datacenter focus. The successful candidate will hold 3+ years in BAS, 1+ year mentoring/training, and HS diploma, with strong communication skills and LMS/Visio/PowerPoint

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in installation or servicing Building Automation Systems.
• 1+ year of experience mentoring, presenting, educating, or training others in HVAC/DDC.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging, hands-on training for engineers, installers, and end-users on WebCTRL and building automation systems.
• Drive learning outcomes and inclusive learning environments covering HVAC controls and EMS.
• Design task-based exercises, real-world troubleshooting scenarios, and custom learning modules.
• Partner with field offices and clients on-site to deliver localized training sessions.
