Job summary

Crown Innovations, Inc. is seeking experienced Tower Construction Technicians for its I&E Division, supporting FAA and NAS infrastructure modernization. The role involves site prep, tower assembly, RF cabling, grounding, and tower upgrades on a fully onsite basis with no travel.

Local hire in one of the listed locations; growth into senior technician and project coordination roles is possible. Candidates should have 3–5 years in tower/civil infrastructure, OSHA FAA-aligned safety experience, and

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required for government contract work.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of tower construction/civil infrastructure experience.
• Proficient in operating light construction equipment such as CTL, excavators, or similar equipment.
• Knowledge of civil construction practices including conduit work, trenching, and concrete forming.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform site excavation, trenching, foundation pouring, and conduit installation for tower bases.
• Assemble, erect, and upgrade communication towers and related infrastructure.
• Operate light to medium construction equipment safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with FAA personnel, subcontractors, and project managers to schedule outages and manage timelines.
