Position Overview
Crown Innovations Inc. is seeking experienced Tower Construction Technicians to join our Integration & Infrastructure & Engineering (I&E) Division. This role supports FAA and government projects involving tower replacements, upgrades, and infrastructure modernization for the National Airspace System (NAS).
Technicians will perform civil construction and tower installation activities, including site preparation, tower assembly, equipment integration, and infrastructure buildout for communication towers and related facilities. This position requires hands‑on expertise in construction environments while ensuring projects meet strict safety, regulatory, and performance standards.
This is a local hire position based in one of the locations listed above. This role is fully onsite with no travel required.
Opportunities for advancement include lead technician roles, project coordination, and involvement in emerging technologies such as UAS integration.

Compensation
Tower Construction Technician - $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
Compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal equity considerations.
Crown complies with all applicable state and local pay transparency laws. The listed compensation range represents the good faith salary range for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, geographic considerations, and business needs.
