Job summary

Crown Innovations, Inc. in Spokane, WA is seeking skilled Tower Construction Technicians for government-related projects. This fully onsite role supports the NAS modernization through tower replacements, upgrades, and infrastructure buildouts.

You will work on civil construction, RF cabling, grounding, and equipment integration at active sites. Candidates must have 3–5 years in tower construction, be able to operate CTL/excavators, and provide safe, compliant workmanship.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required for government contract work.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of tower construction or related experience.
• Proficiency operating light construction equipment such as CTL, excavators, or similar.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform site excavation, foundation pouring, conduit installation, and tower base work.
• Assemble, erect, and upgrade communication towers and mounts.
• Read blueprints and coordinate with FAA personnel and contractors.
• Document work progress and maintain tools/inventory.
