Job summary

Creston Industrial Sales is seeking a Project Manager to support its tool management vending program at customer sites in Michigan. This onsite role, based in Grand Rapids, requires coordinating installations, inventory, and service across client locations.

You will analyze inventories, perform cycle counts, manage data in office systems, and collaborate with customers to ensure timely deliveries and successful program implementations.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Has valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle to visit customer sites.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Experience with physical inventories.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory, equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Schedule and perform physical cycle counts.
• Monitor customer requests to complete or facilitate to proper personnel.
• Deliver products as needed.
• Assist with program installations – equipment/software setup.
• Assist with crib crawls; database entry as needed.
• Perform quotes for products with delivery as requested.
• Ensure reports needed by customers are run and delivered on time.
• Enter orders received by phone, verbal request, or e-mail.
• Maintain customer files and asset records for organized documentation.
• Support in program review documents and audits.
