Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) is seeking a Support Technician to provide first line technical support for Innovative Control Systems products. The role involves troubleshooting via phone and remote tools, guiding customers on best practices, and training on ICS systems.

The position requires an Associates degree or equivalent, and at least six months of related customer service experience. On-site Bethlehem, PA work with occasional travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required.
• Six months or more of directly related customer service experience.
• Basic understanding of Networking, Computers (hardware and software), MS Office.
• Fundamental knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level technical support to users via phone and remote tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems following ITIL standards.
• Train customers on best practices for ICS systems.
• Document issues and maintain knowledge base updates.
