Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) seeks an experienced field service technician to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues on fuel and wash systems. You will provide telephone and on-site support, help with installations, and deliver product training to customers and distributors.

The role requires an electromechanical background, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in electromechanical tech.
• Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems relevant to equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities across field and on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Phone & field troubleshooting of equipment issues, on-site when needed.
• Assist with installations and site evaluations for customers.
• Develop and deliver product training for customers and technicians.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and R&D to resolve issues.
• Support warranty claims, inspections, and product upgrades.
• Maintain accurate service records and manuals.
