This role administers and coordinates entrance tests, maintains secure testing materials, and serves as a positive student-facing role model. The position emphasizes professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service as part of Concorde’s mission.

The right candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Onsite work with full benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to work with a diverse student population.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• General office experience preferred; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Administer and score Admission Testing Day or evening tests.
• Proctor and coordinate entrance assessments and other tests per testing policies.
• Ensure potential students take the appropriate entrance exam.
• Administer online or paper tests.
• Ensure security of all testing materials.
• Enter scores and necessary information into student records.
• Keep a testing log.
• Distribute test results to concerned parties promptly.
• File and scan as needed.
