Onsite location is Cedar Rapids, IA, with potential relocation considerations. The position demands a STEM background with 5+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years, plus strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with project control methods, baselines, and change management.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply integrated project management, earned value, and risk management techniques.
• Review customer requirements and statements of work to determine project scope.
• Lead Test Engineering bid efforts and develop bid materials and kickoffs.
• Develop a program execution plan coordinating internal and external teams.
• Execute a project meeting requirements, budget, schedule, and quality goals.
• Lead, coordinate, develop, and present project reviews with the team and customers.
• Create and review technical documents for submittal to customers.
• Track and analyze earned value metrics to adjust staffing or schedules.
• Foster a one-team environment across boundaries.
• Promote engagement and enthusiasm on a program.
• Minimal travel may be required.
