Job summary
Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, is seeking a Senior Systems Integration and Test Engineer to lead integration and testing for ground and airborne systems. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams to develop test plans, support on-site environments, and drive lifecycle solutions from CONOPS to validation.
The role requires a STEM degree and strong experience in test planning, requirements analysis, and model-based systems engineering.
Qualifications
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3 years experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain SAP clearance; SECRET clearance required
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance required
Responsibilities
- Develop and write test and integration plans and documents
- Participate in onsite integration, verification, and validation tasks
- Support setup of onsite test environments and equipment
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on system architecture
- Manage problems requiring analysis and investigation
- Support full lifecycle solutions from CONOPS to Validation
- Lead and review work of junior staff
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and across teams
