• Minimum 3–5 years of accounts payable experience.
• Construction experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, mathematical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent follow-up and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Receives, codes, and processes vendor invoices; matches PO receipts to invoices.
• On a weekly basis, reviews invoices scheduled for payment with AP Manager.
• Reconciles monthly vendor statements to GL and accounting system.
• Maintains monthly recurring invoices and payments.
