Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in technology management or related fields.
• Experience leading large, multi-stakeholder tech programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage all event technology and IT infrastructure, including planning, implementation, and Games time operations.
• Lead Cluster and Venue Technology Managers across venues.
• Serve as technical liaison between LA28 functional areas and internal teams.
• Hire, cultivate, and manage technology managers for client projects.
• Develop and manage a team of technology professionals.
• Coordinate with each FA to gather tech needs and coordinate procurement.
• Identify vendors and negotiate contracts with procurement teams.
• Ensure compliance with US regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Develop disaster recovery plans for all tech systems.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve efficiency.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers for timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Finance to onboard vendors and track invoicing.
• Manage overall budget for technology expenses for the Hospitality Program.
