Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a trainer to develop, communicate, and evaluate highly technical concepts for audiences with varying levels of expertise. The ideal candidate will simplify complex information and deliver classroom-based training on highly technical products and services.

The role involves developing training content using ADDIE, delivering instructor-led sessions, collaborating with stakeholders, evaluating training effectiveness, and maintaining course documentation.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience with technical training development and instruction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing & maintaining technical training content, exercises, presentations, and accompanying materials in accordance with the ADDIE process.
• Deliver instructor-led classroom training to stakeholders.
• Work with external and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, effective training content.
• Conduct training sessions and assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
• Assist with reviewing course documentation on a continual basis to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Travel as needed (up to 25%).
