Job summary

You will develop and deploy training plans, create and maintain curricula, and produce reports on training activities, attendance, and trainer performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3 years work experience in training and development, instructional design, teaching, technical writing or related work.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate and present a technical subject matter in an understandable, coherent manner.
• Knowledge and experience in Section 508 compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Capture and report results of training evaluations
• Function as the Administrator, recording learning, adding and scheduling courses, and running reports
• Creating and maintaining a training calendar distributed to all Division users, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs in order to provide recommendations for improvement.
• Training for new software/hardware may also need monitoring and reporting for special projects.
• Training curriculums created shall be approved and accommodations for users requiring special needs addressed.
