Job summary

Raytheon seeks a Contract Logistics Support Instructor and Developer to lead training development for the AN/TPY-2 system, working onsite in Woburn, MA or El Paso, TX. You will craft maintenance training content, manuals, and assessment tools while coordinating with DoD customers and international partners.

The role requires a degree or equivalent, 3–5 years in training, and knowledge of missile defense systems, with up to 15% travel and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent experience, or an Advanced Degree with relevant years of experience.
• Experience in training instruction and training development in military or civilian environments.
• Experience with AN/TPY-2 or similar missile defense system.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operations and maintenance training content and materials.
• Assess engineering data for impacts to existing training content.
• Create and maintain technical manuals addressing system theory and maintenance tasks.
• Research technical documentation and SME input to design effective learning solutions.
• Deliver instructor-led classroom training to stakeholders; conduct sessions and evaluate effectiveness.
• Interface with DoD customers and international partners to optimize products and ensure contractual compliance.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 15%.
