Job summary

Raytheon Technologies in Woburn, MA, is hiring a Training Lead for the Strategic Extended Threat Shield (SETS) program. You will lead training development and conduct end-user training, guiding a team of Instructional Designers, instructors, and engineers to produce industry-leading content for program execution.

You will apply SME knowledge to create materials, manage staffing and risks, and ensure on-time delivery while traveling roughly 30% domestically.

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years in related roles.
• Experience training in a military and/or civilian environment.
• Experience with system radar.
• Experience leading training development for large-scale programs.
• Experience developing Computer Based Training (CBT).
• Familiar with 3D modeling / game design / multimedia or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the training requirements, perform administrative duties, and conduct end-user training for the SETS customer.
• Create high-quality training materials that meet user needs and customer standards.
• Apply SME knowledge to the development, review, and delivery of training.
• Drive performance to cost and schedule targets and monitor metrics and trends.
