Job summary

Raytheon Technologies is seeking a Contract Logistics Support Instructor and Developer to work onsite in Woburn, MA or El Paso, TX. You will develop and maintain training content for the AN-TPY-2 system, align materials with DoD requirements, and deliver instructor-led sessions.

The role requires a university degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience, DoD or civilian training experience, and travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 5 years of relevant work, or an advanced degree.
• Experience in training instruction and training development in military or civilian environments.
• Experience with the AN/TPY-2 system or similar missile defense systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training content, including manuals and presentations.
• Deliver instructor-led classroom training to stakeholders.
• Research documentation and collaborate with engineers to design learning solutions.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 15%.
• Coordinate with DoD customers and international partners to optimize products and ensure readiness.
