ManpowerGroup is seeking an Onsite Technical Support in San Francisco, CA to join the Service Delivery team within Operations. The role focuses on monitoring systems, resolving issues, and providing proactive support to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2–5 years related work experience.
• Ability to manage inventory and maintain supplies.
• Experience clearing paper jams and assisting end users.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve problems on hardware/software.
• Identify incident trends and escalate incidents within established timeframes.
• Conduct routine installations and configurations and assemble/integrate system/products per protocols.
• Respond to inquiries and address problems promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Execute scripted change management activities following incident, change, and problem processes.
