Job summary

TENICA is seeking a VTC/AV – Technical Operations Coordinator in Chantilly, VA, to ensure reliable conference room operations for secure meetings. You will manage AV/IT systems, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security compliance within Intelligence Community environments.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, and hands-on experience with Zoom/Teams/Webex, Alleo, and PowerPoint in secure settings.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or higher.
• Experience with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, Webex).
• Experience with AV/VTC systems, integration, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and presentation systems.
• Experience supporting PowerPoint and Alleo in conference environments.
• Systems engineering experience across secure AV/VTC/IT lifecycle.
• Software systems engineering for collaboration platforms and RMF/ATO-related tasks.
• Experience in secure enterprise environments and cybersecurity coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee setup, configuration, operation, and maintenance of AV and IT systems in conference rooms.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and conferencing issues.
• Ensure VTC systems meet security protocols and configuration requirements.
• Provide user training for AV, video conferencing, and collaboration tools including Alleo.
• Apply systems engineering across lifecycle of secure AV/VTC/IT systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of AV/IT infrastructure.
• Support software systems engineering for collaboration platforms and stakeholder coordination.
• Document configurations, procedures, changes, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with IT, facilities, cybersecurity to implement system upgrades and security.
• Provide Tier I/II troubleshooting for AV, VTC, IT environments.
