Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Technical Writer for the PACE team to create customer-focused documentation for cloud services, automation, and Network Management products. You will design, develop, and maintain content spanning concepts, tasks, installation instructions, illustrations, video scripts, and course modules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical content production for advanced software products.
• BA/BS in Technical Writing, English, CS, or related field.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, automation, networking, data centers, or security.
• Ability to research complex technical concepts independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with XML authoring, content management, and courseware tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience using AI tools to scale content while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver, and maintain customer-facing content.
• Produce concepts, tasks, installation instructions, illustrations, videos, and courses.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to define requirements.
• Analyze specs to recommend documentation approach.
• Learn customer experience by hands-on use of HPE networking products.
• Follow style guidelines for consistency.
• Lead documentation efforts with a small team.
