Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support and troubleshooting experience.
• 2+ years of sales and customer service experience.
• 1+ year of on-site field support experience (onsite troubleshooting, networking, IT services).
• Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain tech to non-technical users.
• Local candidates within 30 miles of Saint Croix Falls, WI.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues for residential and business clients.
• Provide in-person IT support at the Service Center and on-site visits as needed.
• Assist customers with IT solutions, product recommendations, and security options.
• Coordinate with remote teams and other service centers to service clients.
