Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an entry-level technical support associate to provide end‑user assistance and incident resolution in Berwick, PA. The role includes responding to calls and emails, researching issues, and documenting work orders in ticketing systems.

You will follow SOPs and report to a supervisor while learning in a fast-paced environment. Experience with low-voltage cabling and ability to lift up to 35 lbs is needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in low-voltage cabling, telecom, data centers, construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 35 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders for extended periods.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills for documentation, ticketing, and inventory systems.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet operational deadlines.
• Ability to push, pull, and maneuver server racks, carts, and equipment safely as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
• Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
• Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
• Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
