Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a hands-on infrastructure technician for a fully onsite contract role in Berwick, PA. You will perform structured cabling tasks, equipment installations, and related documentation, working closely with a team to support data center environments.

The role emphasizes physical work, ladder usage, and safety, with duties including cable pulling, labeling, and project support. CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Cat5/Cat6 cabling, routing, labeling, dressing, and installation.
• Strong attention to detail, following work instructions and maintaining quality.
• Basic computer skills including Excel; ticketing and inventory systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Pull, route, dress, label, and secure Cat5/Cat6 cabling per standards and SOPs.
• Install, inspect, and maintain structured cabling infrastructure in data center environments.
• Accurately label and document cable installations for traceability.
