Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user to technical support via phone, email, and on-site requests
• Identify, research, and resolve technical problems and document steps taken
• Install equipment and participate in repair and maintenance activities in the Data Center space
• Work independently with a team, manage on-call rotations and travel as needed
