CGS Business Solutions is recruiting for a full-time, on-site Technology Support & Operations Engineer in Irvine, CA to support and maintain critical applications and enterprise systems.

The role emphasizes application support, production troubleshooting, system monitoring, security administration, and end-user IT support, with potential mortgage-related workflow exposure. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in application or production support or related technical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience supporting business applications, interfaces, and end-user hardware is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide application support for business-critical systems, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate resolution.
• Monitor health of applications, interfaces, jobs, and data flows to prevent issues.
• Diagnose and resolve errors across integrated systems and data issues.
• Support mortgage-related applications and workflows when applicable, including user support.
• Troubleshoot and configure Encompass add-ons and integrations for stable operation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve production problems and system changes.
• Support deployments, release validation, hotfixes, and post-release monitoring.
• Push reports and updates to production according to change management procedures.
• Provide first-level to intermediate support for desktops, printers, laptops, and peripherals.
