Job summary

CGS Business Solutions is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our nationwide financial services client in Irvine, CA. This onsite role focuses on application and production support, system monitoring, security administration, and end-user technology support while driving efficiency through automation and processes improvements.

You will work with mortgage-related processes when applicable and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to maintain stable operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in application or production support roles.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting end-user hardware and desktop environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support for business-critical systems and troubleshoot incidents.
• Monitor application health, interfaces, and data flows to ensure reliable performance.
• Diagnose and resolve errors across integrated systems and interfaces.
• Support mortgage-related workflows when applicable.
• Troubleshoot Encompass add-ons and integrations for stable operation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve production issues.
• Assist in application deployments, release validation, and post-release monitoring.
