Job summary

Stryker in Chicago is seeking a Team Lead to direct day-to-day function of OnSite team, ensuring quality workmanship, SPD productivity, and high customer satisfaction. The role partners with account stakeholders, cross-divisional sales teams, and cross-functional groups to drive account productivity and outcomes during surgical procedures and equipment management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room and/or Sterile Processing experience.
• 1 year of OnSite preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Allocate work to OnSite team to meet daily expectations while ensuring quality and productivity.
• Build onboarding guides and credential new hires according to learning styles.
• Lead and participate in team-building activities and regular huddles.
• Escalate performance or behavioral concerns to the Regional Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and service quality across the account.
