Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Team Lead to guide day-to-day field operations, focusing on quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction in surgical settings and sterile processing. You will partner with account stakeholders, cross-divisional teams, and surgeons to optimize outcomes.

The role requires 1 year in OR/ Sterile Processing, with OnSite experience preferred, plus strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Travel and shifts may vary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room and/or Sterile Processing experience.
• 1 year of OnSite experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot quickly in high-stress situations.
• Willingness to provide support across multiple shifts and regions.

Responsibilities

• Allocates work to the OnSite team to meet daily customer expectations.
• Develop onboarding guides and tailor onboarding for new hires.
• Ensure credentialing and compliance with the account.
• Lead team activities and escalate performance or safety concerns.
• Maintain data metrics and ensure up-to-date account information.
